Terms of Service

The service. PriceWatch is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and accurate, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted service or of fitness for a particular purpose.

AI output. Where features are AI-powered, output is analysis and assistance — not professional (legal, financial, or medical) advice. Verify anything consequential before acting on it.

Your account. One person per account. Don’t abuse free tiers, probe the service, or submit content you don’t have the right to process.

Billing. Paid plans are flat-rate monthly subscriptions via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial refunds unless the service was materially broken.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Continued use is acceptance.
